Individual Support - Ageing (Skill set)
This skill set is for individuals who hold a qualification at Certificate III level or higher in Community Services, Health or a related field, work in various care and support roles and who wish to develop skills in providing person-centred support to older people, within the delegations of an established individualised plan. It is suited to:
• New entrants looking to develop foundational skills in individual support
• Existing workers seeking to formalise experience or gain a nationally recognised qualification
• Career changers transitioning into the community services field
• Individuals who have completed the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability specialisation) and now wish to add the Ageing specialisation
