Certificate II in Horticulture
The SA Learning Centre (SALC) has been delivering VET for School Students programs since 2019 and is a preferred provider through the Department for Education.
SALC is proudly part of Minda – SA’s largest not-for-profit disability service provider and employer.

Program Details
Course duration: 12 months (one day per week)

Full Fee: $2,500 (for those not eligible for funding)
Incidental Fees: Cost of safety boots, hat and gardening gloves
Units of Competency
Individuals with this qualification carry out routine tasks under supervision where the work is predictable and structured with limited judgement requirements.
The qualification is suited to VET programs delivered to secondary school students or learners with no previous connection to the horticulture industry or relevant employment history.
