Meet Sumith! With more than seven years at SALC, and even longer with Minda, Sumith has built a reputation as one of our most experienced and highly regarded trainers.
He currently delivers CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support to our VET in Schools students across Adelaide and Whyalla. Alongside this, he also delivers Minda’s behaviour support training, helping disability support workers build the knowledge and skills they need to provide safe, person-centred support.
Sumith holds a Master of Social Work and brings extensive experience across the community services and disability sectors. His practical knowledge, supportive teaching style, and genuine passion for developing the workforce make him an outstanding trainer.
Our current CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support intake is almost full. Our next course commences in September, with information sessions being held throughout August.
