SALC Graduate Spotlight: Meet Alex!
Alex completed his Certificate III in Individual Support with the South Australian Learning Centre in early 2019 and has since built a fantastic career at Minda, working as a support worker across a range of roles.
Over the past couple of years, Alex has also played an important role here at SALC, helping us deliver Behaviour and Response Training. He has really shone as a trainer, sharing his experience, expertise and genuine passion for supporting people with disability with Minda staff.
Alex is now heading off on his next adventure, moving overseas with his family for an exciting new opportunity. He’ll certainly be missed!
Alex’s journey is a great example of just how far a qualification in Individual Support can take you, and the many different directions a career in disability support can go.
